The Dance Institute of Washington is dedicated to: building self-esteem, discipline and the drive for excellence among at-risk children and youth through dance training and arts education; providing professional performance opportunities for dancers; enhancing Washington’s rich cultural diversity.
Our students train several genres of dance including as Ballet, Modern, African, and Hip-Hop. Additionally, DIW provides access to academic support, food and nutrition, mentoring, counseling and physical therapy to ensure students' success in life.
The DIW app allows you to manage your portal & to register for master classes, events, & manage your balance. The DIW calendar, newsletter, social media links, and contact information are also easily accessible from the app.
